Orders placed are processed Monday-Friday (excluding major holidays and peak periods).

Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days from when the order is placed, pending clearance of payment authorization and verification.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification of your tracking information.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

We strive for 100% satisfaction. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, our return policy allows returns up to 15 days from delivery.

If 15 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
